TV Wall

The Family room design at our London House project is vast in scale and proportion by any standards and forms part of a larger modern new build.   It is a double volume space and has triple aspect views out across the garden and beyond but still required a clever concept for the all-important television.  As with a lot of other features in the house, René Dekker Design incorporated a fun aspect into the design of this TV wall.  The actual construction is made to look like over-scaled cornices, instead of wall lights we designed and had made wall mounted candelabras in exploded and simpler shapes, fuelled by oil instead of actual candles.  We than added some storage design at low level for any tech equipment and secret hung shelves for some well-placed accessories
