Belsize Park Family Home

Tucked away in a leafy street in the desirable suburb of Belsize Park is this wonderful Edwardian family home.  Desperately calling for an update after years of ill-considered additions and poor building work, we will be starting on site in mid-February 2024.  The clients, an international family with 2 small children have requested a full refurbishment of the services, the replacement of all windows and doors, a new garden design, new bathrooms and full decorations amongst other things.  Further we will also oversee a full FF&E installation.

Over the last year we have redesigned the layouts of the lower ground upper ground and first floors, re-configuring en suites, upgrading the kitchen design and liaising closely with the M&E consultant to ensure best quality services.  The house will enjoy underfloor heating throughout, a Lutron lighting system, working gas fire places, 3 bar pressure water system, CAT6 data capacity and many more mod cons. Finishes will include a mixture of top quality ceramic tiling and real marble surfaces.  We will be installing a timber floor throughout the living spaces and ceramic tile to the lower ground floor and garden.  There will be all new joinery designs consisting of a mixture of up scale Neatsmith wardrobes as well as some extra special bespoke items.  There will be book cases edged in satin brass with textured wall coverings to the backs.  Decorations will include some unique natural wall coverings as well as top quality vinyl wall coverings.  The garden itself will be changed completely with new terracing allowing for a built in gas BBQ, dining area seating 8 plus a garden for the children to play in.

The new soft furnishings installation will include new curtains and blinds, all new relaxed seating, sofas and arm chairs as well as beds and chairs.  There will be a smattering of scatter cushions from soft shiny silks to textured linens.
